Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened
Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Recheck your bank account
Contact your credit card company
Contact your bank (processing may take time)
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
